Bill joined Baird in December, 2009 as Branch Manager and Financial Advisor. In 2011, he became the Regional Director of Baird’s east coast operations and subsequently a Managing Director of the firm, continuing in that role until 2016. While Bill continued in the role of regional director, Neal Davidson joined Baird in 2012 to create the Johnson Davidson Group to work with Bill in providing financial advice to their clients.
Bill has been in the investment business since 1981, beginning his career at Anderson Strudwick. He has served in the community and the financial services industry in many ways.
Bill graduated in 1981 from the University of Georgia with a BA in Finance, emphasis on Investments.
Bill and his wife, Elaine, have been married since 1981, have three children and two granddaughters. He enjoys golf, fishing, walks, and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
